ZENERGIZE™️ Class begins on Thursday 6th February as part of an 8-week course with Lisa. Qigong based Energy Practices with moving meditations to align your mind-body-spirit. The first 4 weeks will be Indoors in Terrenal Espai Studio in Poble Sec, Sitges, followed by 4 weeks outdoors as we take our practice into nature.

The first Themed Wonk Party of the Year wOnKaLoT is scheduled for Saturday 8th March in a private venue on the outskirts of Barcelona. This is for you if you LOVE House MUSIC, dressing up and have a free-spirited desire to dance the night away! Think Medieval Camelot for this one.
WoNk is for those in the KnOw. We celebrated our 15th anniversary last October and have parties in both the UK and Barcelona.
